You retain all rights to the images you process. Because background removal runs in your browser, we do not receive copies of your images. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the images you upload.

The BgRemovify name, logo, website, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Service without permission.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results will be free of errors.
